Real stories of growth, voice, and decision-making in civil society.

Being part of AMLG made an important difference for me. Listening to other women, seeing them step into different spaces, and sharing their experiences was deeply comforting and motivating. It reminded me that we can dream and fight for more, even in the face of barriers. This experience gave me confidence, strengthened my leadership, and helped me recognize my value and potential.
Lily Ajú, Participant, 2nd cohort
From a young age, it is important for girls to have opportunities to raise their voices, take part in activities, and feel that they belong in society, regardless of their gender. I see this even in simple things, like encouraging my cousins to participate in school activities. That is where leadership begins. I dream of a country where girls and women can step into any space they choose.
Irma Piló, participant in the 3rd cohort
